Previous Chinatown Office
In previous years, my in person office had the following accessibility information, noted here just for some history of my practice:

Near major transit routes with a parkade across the street. The building has a non-automatic entrance door that I can assist with opening. While my office is scent-free, the building itself is not, with the occasional burning of incense outside. There is an elevator with sufficient space for a wheelchair. The washrooms are gendered. Each washroom has two stalls, can accommodate a wheelchair, and requires a key from my office. My counselling office has a bamboo hardwood floor and can accommodate a wheelchair. There is natural lighting from a skylight. Seating is a large sofa that can accommodate bodies of different sizes, and there are also cushions and a foot stool.

While I enjoyed running my own in person office, telephone counselling has always been an important part of my work, for over a decade of clinical counselling, as well as part of my community support work and training prior to that. You are welcome to contact me if you have any questions or accessibility needs before your session.
